Our gate agent was absolutely amazing. Personable, kind, and helpful. She alone makes me want to return to use Alaska Airlines.
Don’t fly with Alaska if you have a layover in Seattle. Guaranteed to screw you over. We waited at terminal S3 &were >2 hours delayed(mechanical issues)and told to change terminals to a different plane that required riding 3 shuttles to get to new terminal N14. Then they delayed the flight even further and changed gates again. when I went to the customer service in terminal N, the manager turned me away without apologizing & refused to assist me but mandated I leave her alone as her shift is nearly finished and insisted I totake another 2 shuttles to terminal C so I can just talk to another service rep while dragging my family of 4/ kids in tow.
Everything was good. Please have a wheat free option for snacks in the future.
Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people
How can I review what was denied to me. Instead of offering to let me pay for the ticket I got booted of my flight with no way home and no choice but to purchase another ticket for 12 hours later. Filing a complaint with the DOT

Coke zero offered...good. The proptness of flight was late. This has been a everytime thing for my last 9 flights. And is putting alot of pressure on my connecting flights. Not a bit punctual. I am always early, but Ak. Airlines is not. And people i happen fly beside, parrot the same thing. The baggage delivery to baggage claim, is not prompt. Its slowwwww. The seats are poorly padded, very crowd. We need more room, not padding the airlines bottom line. Its like a cattle car. More leg room, more side to side room. And attendants need upgrade of verbal skills. I have been faithful to Ak. A., but it will change if changes are not made. Not the only planes in the sky.
We were very late to take off, late exit plane, and luggage took a long time.

Flight was delayed about 40 minutes by a mechanical problem. This made a long day even longer. Otherwise good.
Lounge was top notch h with great variety of food and drinks. Cabin crew were great. Smooth flight.
My seat 3G did not go down fully and the buttons were not working properly

Security area in terminal 3 needs to be made much nicer. Less claustrophobic and use of glass and big ceilings wouldhelp

Seats need to be updated. Allowance needs to be made for dinner service at an alternative time
The crew should demonstrate flexibility by moving a screaming infant to its own seat with 1 parent
If I could fly Virgin Atlantic airlines to every place, I need to go, I would. Leaving Heathrow through the special virgin air entrance, security is completely white glove service. I love this airline. From ticketing agents to flight staff everyone tries to make it a wonderful & happy flight experience. I wish other airlines copied the positive culture of Virgin Airlines.
Great experience in Saga Premium. Food was tasty and felt fresh. Seat was comfortable (enough) - would have wanted a layflat seat.
The flight itself was excellent, but getting to the plane was literally an exercise in pain. My wife needs a wheelchair and can only stand/walk for short periods before having extreme pain. We had to take a bus to a loading platform and use a terrible elevator to get up to the plane. Meanwhile the rest of the bus were using the stairs. This meant the people who needed to sit down were stuck standing at the end of the line while everyone else boarded. My wife was in agony.
It was amazing. I sat in First Class as a Saga Premium member, and my service was top notch. It was wonderful. I only recently joined Saga Club since I do travel to Scandinavia often and enjoy flying through Reykjavik on Iceland Air versus other ways of travelling to Europe. This was my first trip sitting in first class, which I honestly wasn’t expecting!
There were no places to sit at the gate. Most people had to sit on the floor or stand waiting for the gate to open and board. We were told we needed passport and the person hardly looked at them. Maybe for 2 seconds. No announcement made asking to board by row or group. On a 5.5 hour flight the crew only came through the cabin 2 times offering water and buy everything else. For the price of the ticket at least offer free soda! The airliner was very comfortable
Crew was wonderful. I knew going in that the seats were not lie-flat in business class, but they reclined less than I expected. To save on waste, you have to ask for which pieces of the amenity kit you are interested in, which they will gladly give to you. Flight was fairly short, so no issues. I did have one piece of luggage not show up at terminal on landing. They were great about looking for it. Found it...it actually did make the flight and was listed as "not picked up" (?????--we stayed over an hour looking for it, including in the odd-sized baggage claim.) Since "not picked up" they will not ship to my house and I have to go back to airport, which is in another town. I probably could have pressed this issue, but headed back to airport for another flight anyway, so will pick up then.
It didn't happen. Icelandair cancelled the flight from Nuuk, Greenland to Reykjavik, Iceland so I couldn't fly to Portland. Additionally Icelandair rebooked me on a flight that got cancelled too.
How can the airline deploy the oldest 757-200 with a broken down entertainment system and no WiFi for a cross Atlantic 7:50 hr torture chamber experience?? My seat 3A couldn’t be reclined. The footrest was flimsy and useless. And there’s no leg support unlike their newer 737-Max which they lavish on intra-Europe routes. Shame!!
Only drinks included in economy class was water and coffee seat on the 737 were hard as rock. The landing and passport control in Iceland are the worst I have ever seen. 2 hours to clear customs ???? 3 attendants at pass port control out of more than a dozen closed. I” ll never fly to Iceland or transfer through this airport again.
The ticket was reserved in my name but not paid for by underpricer. Alaska airlines was unable to issue my ticket (could not connect the ticket with the PNR) due to an error with underpricer and I spent the better part of 2 hours at the ticket counter trying to rectify.
Terrible way of boarding in Reykjavik. Seats comfortable. Meal was good.
Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating

The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.

Frankfurt to San Francisco The Site would not let me Upgrade luggage ( paid extra at the airport Had to pay for seats but did not receive those seats Had to pay extra to check in at counter (since I could not upgrade on the app) $25 a person. Unfriendly staff- bordering on rude Check in in San Francisco (to Frankfurt) was smooth, courteous and no extra charges for seats or check in
Missed this flight. $5000 to rebook next day. Horribly rude staff in Frankfurt. Everyone we encountered was either not helpful or outright mean.
Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
The jet is quiet but the food is uneatable and the new seats are horrible .One cannot find comfort on them. When do airlines learn that there is a better service for your clients. Go to a flying wing design save fuel offer a human seat where your arm does not interfere with your neighbor . Provide food that tastes good and offer free drinks

One of the female flight attendants had an attitude. The snack toward the end was pretty bad. My husband and I were both sick the next two days.
