Pros: The Owner was kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. It was the best deal in Seward
Good7.9
Pros—comfy sheets. Soft tissue and t paper. Lots of space for 2 people. Cons—need addition mirror or 2 so getting ready can go quicker. All in all a good value but definitely just adequate. You get what you pay for

Pros: Since housing is so expensive in the summer in Seward and we had 2 large families, it was great not to have to rent 4-5 hotel rooms. We were able to use 2 rooms. Nice to have a kitchen, though we didn't cook anything. It is also in a great location for stores and restaurants.
Cons: One of the twin beds in 1 room leaned down on one side and the king bed in the other room needed new box springs...it was noise to get in and out of bed.

Pros: Location is excellent nr downtown Seward but also harbor. Good service, no-host check-in works well. Comfy beds, clean as a whistle. Basic but great. Mi nifridge and micro, coffee maker. Good hot water. Clean towels (located next to coin laundry too for those needing it!).

Pros: It's cozy, clean, and everything is useful; just what I expected for the price I paid. it has a little kitchen area for everyone at the site to share, which I thought was nice.
Cons: We can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Pretty sure we and our friends downstairs could hold a coherent conversation if we tried.
Excellent9.0
Pros: Although there were no staff on site Every effort had been made to welcome us & make our stay pleasant, info, great breakfast facility, VERY clean.
Cons: Bed creaked when you turned over? Base. I thought it would have been more professional to have typed notes.
Good7.7
Pros: A shared kitchen, however we had it to ourselves for breakfast.

Pros: The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast tasty. My daughter loved the loft and cried when we had to leave. The room seemed small at first but there were a lot of spots to stash luggage once you look around. Great location. Would stay again.
Good6.0
Pros: Breakfast was made to order and delicious.
Cons: Rooms were extremely sound sensitive with no real privacy and thanks to loud neighboring guests, I was unable to sleep at all. Also, I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide TVs in the rooms? Odd?

Pros: Nice over all. Great location.
Cons: There are better places to eat in town. The older twin bed rooms with shared bathroom have no view
Excellent9.3
Pros: Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous both at check-in and check-out. Property accommodated us with early parking and luggage drop as we were taking a day boat tour prior to official check-in. Lobby was quaint and offered a nice place to relax. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Lock on room door was difficult to lock and the door didn't close without having to slam it shut. That said, there was very little we could say we didn't like.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Very comfortable and staff very kind
Cons: The bathroom was shared, but finally it was very clean and ok
Excellent10.0
Pros: I love the eclectic charm and cozy atmosphere. I love feeling so immersed in the history of the town.
Cons: There was only one key for our room, so that was a little inconvenient
Excellent10.0
Pros: The bar and restaurant are nice, but not really kid friendly. The location is fantastic--much of Seward is walkable from the hotel. The staff is really great--friendly and just a little quirky.
Cons: It is an older hotel and the rooms could use a little refurbishing. Some items on their restaurant menu that would appeal to younger people--pizza, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, would have made sure we would have eaten there at least once. A breakfast offering would also have been nice.
Excellent9.7
Pros: I loved that even though it was end of season they had an amazing cook for breakfast and one for dinner in the small quant hotel dwelling. It's fixed with all kinds of memorabilia and history of Seward, Alaska, and the hotel history it's self. Everyone was just so friendly and helpful. We had an accident and they treated us with promptness, discretion, and sensitivity. No questions, no fines, no issues and they took care of it while we were out on a daily schedule.
Cons: I only did not like that I found a used napkin between my bed sheets.

Pros: Our room the second night was wonderful, but traffic noise was awful. Our room the 1st night was too small. No room for suitcases, bathroom are was too small and again traffic noise and 2nd floor noise was awful. Very nice having it so close to shops and some restaurants Staff was very good. I left something in my room and they mailed it too me right after I called them. Thanks you so much.
Cons: Traffic noise and too small of a room the first night. I will make sure I request a room away from road next time.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Great location in Seward, nice facilities.
Cons: Outdoor entry to room.
Good6.3
Cons: The lady and gentleman at front desk when I checked in on July 27 were not polite. I booked a regular double room with sea-view. They changed it to disability room with mountain view before contacting me and said it's an upgrade. This room is very noisy from the traffic. Before I said anything, they were shown to be unhappy and se said it's because too busy. Is this a good reason? No sorry, impolite. I'm really disappointed with them. The younger lady next morning is very nice.
Excellent8.0
Pros: I thought the room was nice and location was great.
Cons: The people next door to us were extremely loud and with the walls being paper thin, we were woken up several times.
Okay4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Terrible beds that make noise and not at all comfortable. Service was OK.
Good7.6
Pros: Location to fishing dock. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons: My room was on the side next to busy hyway. No AC so had to sleep with window open (did have a fan). I found ALL Alaska room rates too much for the quality compared to lower 48.
Good6.2
Pros: The Hotel was good nothing exceptional.. It is like a motel 6 similar atmosphere.. one thing that bugged me was that the check out is at 11 and 15 minutes till 11 got a call from the desk was a reminder that if I was not gonna stay another night I should leave the room.. I was gonna spend one more night.. but with an attitude like that decided to leave..
Cons: Thé check out was to early.. most of the places it is at 12 and sometimes other places let u stay till one if they are not full... Not this place it's is 11 and that's it check out or pay for one more night
Excellent9.1
Cons: Room advertised as a suite with a jetted tub. The suite does not have a jetted tub.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Friendly staff Walking distance to Anchorage bus
Cons: Beds
Good6.8
Pros: Room was very clean
Cons: Rooms are old. Shower fixture puts out more of a mist than a spray and pressure is seriously lacking. Mattresses seemed old and worn and we ended up with two full beds instead of the Queen that was reserved.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Walking into the lobby of the Breeze Inn, you are greeted by the clean Alaska finishes and fresh cookies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Windows that open was a pleasure to enjoy the Seward fall weather. The central location in Seward made it easy to get around town with a wide variety of food choices around the small boat habor. We would stay there again.
Cons: Firmer pillows would be a great option for some guests.
Excellent8.5
Pros: We made last minute reservations online and when we arrived, asked for extra blankets so one of our kids could sleep on the floor. They immediately checked to see if their special room with extra twin beds was open. It was, and for the first time in our travels we were able to give each kid a bed. The place is clean, functional and conveniently located. And has a restaurant next door.
Cons: Street side rooms do get some street noise but not too much.

Cons: Parking.

Pros: The only thing positive was the location....
Cons: Super expensive for the type of hotel, had been in several regular best western and were better than this “plus” bad internet, bad bed, bad air conditioning (super noisy) bad kitchen odor extractor (even in my room smelled like burned food) my remote control didn’t worked, in other words BAD value for money!
Excellent9.4
Pros: Helpful, friendly and responsive staff. Better free breakfast than many hotels. Great location with water and mountain views. Excellent proximity to local restaurants

Pros: The location was great. Right on the free bus route. Not too far to walk to docks. Bed was comfortable but just a queen. The room had some updates and was clean. Young lady at desk was very nice, but we also had the problem of the office closing earlier than we thought. She had given us her phone number, so if needed she can be reached.
Cons: The motel is made up of 2 sections. One is the older motel court. The rooms are small, but refreshed and clean. There is a second section of upstairs/downstairs that looks like the rooms are bigger and a bit nicer. In the motel court there is no A/C but there is a heater unit that has a fan only and the front windows can be opened. We had to wait quite a time, while boat tours were booked for another party. Hotel gets a fee for taking care of bookings, so prepaid customers just have to wait.

Pros: The staff
Cons: Outdated
Mediocre2.8
Pros: Nothing. Overpriced. Way too small.beds made backs ache next day. Oh, they did have the nicest towels that were soft, large and seemed brand new.
Cons: So small that there was a path around each bed and between furniture that made it possible for only one person to move about at one time. Room was for three people and yet they didn't have towels for three. Had to go back to desk to get another set. Glad we noticed right away.
