Pros (+) There are so many incredible things to say about this hotel and it's staff. The guy who worked in the mornings (Brian) was so helpful to get me an early check-in when I requested it, and in the evening Shane printed off a bus schedule for me. Speaking of which, it's a simple 15 minute bus ride (costs 2.50 each way) to and from Shannon airport, and there's a bus stop directly in front of the hotel....

Pros (+) Super helpful, convenient, clean comfortable room, and the food at the pub restaurant was delicious. Just what we needed between flights from Europe to USA.
Cons (-) All the ironing boards were being used, but they brought us an iron and we made do. Very helpful, courteous staff. Thanks for a great stay!
