Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly satisfied with their stay, frequently highlighting the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff, with many mentioning specific employees by name. Cleanliness is also widely praised, as are the spacious, comfortable rooms and the well-maintained pools. The breakfast and food quality receive positive remarks, though some guests note repetitive options. Negative feedback centers on the Wi-Fi, which is often limited to the lobby or incurs extra charges. A few guests also mention noisy air conditioning and occasional discrepancies between online photos and reality, but overall, the positive experiences far outweigh the negatives.
