Pros (+) The staff treated you like family and friends. (This excludes the lady who served breakfast...she was extremely rude and openly rolled her eyes and showed her disdain that we would show up at 10:30 for breakfast (even though breakfast is served until 11 am every morning). Pros (+) We had an amazing time. The hotel was perfect in every way. The pool was outstanding. All staff were wonderful. Can’t wait to come back.

Cons (-) The shower curtain rod kept falling when I was in the shower and hit me several times on the head. The faucets need some tlc in regards to cleaning.
