The staff is always nice and make you feel so welcomed. At dinner last week it was so many flies around the food and I understand its not easy controlling them. But please find a way to catch them better. I think the popcorn was burnt up a few times but overall the staff do a great job there.
This is one of the best hotels ever. Located near everything I needed. The only problem I had with the hotel was the elevator was not working in a timely manner. I was late to a few of my appointments. I had to walk up the stairs. I had to walk up and down them and I was on the fourth floor.
Very clean, courteous staff, spacious and very reasonable rates. Best place , pleasantly surprised! Breakfast was great too
first time we stayed there. Really nice hotel
Pros (+) Clean. Well kept. Good dinner and breakfast
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) Enjoyed the "kick back" food and drink in the evening. Breakfast is good.
Cons (-) Employees that smoke would congregate at the stairwell exit that we used and had to walk through their smoking whenever we entered and exited. Disgusting habit. They need to move their "smoke break" location to somewhere that the guests do not use.
