Pros (+) Initial check in was easy. Received a free upgrade because my reserved room was sold out. The room upon entry although luxury was not up to luxury cleanliness. Hair on bathroom and entry way floor greeted us, and fingerprints on the desk. Once addressed with the mgr the matter was handled. Handy the phone with free Internet was helpful. Pros (+) The hotel was very nice and rooms clean. I stayed in many types of their rooms and all good. Breakfast in the morning is very small space and full have to wait. Food is ok if you get for free. I would stay again.
