Pros (+) Great Village atmosphere. Lots of music at restaurants nearby, decent bar scene, right at base of gondola. Gondola was shut down for one day. so it was a drag to take a bus to the california base; especially when you're paying for the primo location next to the gondola. Oh well. Great skiing, one or two blocks to casinos, comfortable 3BR unit with washer/dryer. All good.

Pros (+) Loved the convenience of being right at the Gondola and Heavenly Village. Front desk, valet, and staff were super courteous and helpful. The rooms are great, clean, and very convenient when traveling with kids. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Would definitely return because overall it was comfortable.
Cons (-) Housekeeping came by at 8am, and we had not left yet (typical when babies and toddlers are involved), and they did not come back later. We were later told we have to call and request that. When we did at 5pm they said it's too late for the day even though we just bumped into two housekeepers outside our room in the hallway. We asked them but they said we had to call front desk.
