Pros (+) The guy from the lobby during night shift was really an excellent worker he was taking care of everyone and everything alone, from parking problems, to noisy guests. poor guy he was literally running up and down

Parking was an issue, only one elevator was working (which meant waiting for over 20 min to go up or down)... we took the stairs most times there were a lot of disruptive people at night.
