Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight severe cleanliness issues, with many describing dirty rooms, filthy bathrooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service is also a major concern, as several guests report unhelpful or rude staff, lack of communication, and even being turned away despite confirmed bookings. Safety is questioned due to reports of drug use, broken locks, and a generally unsafe environment. Many guests feel the hotel does not match its online description, with missing amenities and poor value for the price. Only one review expresses satisfaction, while the vast majority strongly advise against staying at this property.
