Exellent location, friendly and helpful staff.

the system they approve credit cards, without the 4 digit code, they have to call in for verbal authorization. It should be done automatically.

The room was amazing and everything was perfectly clean. The bathroom had the latest technology shower cabin which was the best for a relaxed showering with sprinkles all over, just like a spa. The breakfast was always fresh and large selection. Wonderful hd tv with plenty of channels. The staff was extremely friendly++++++++

The atmosphere of the Hotel, the water facilities and the surrounding forests are simply breathtaking and unique. Staff members were working in the background (invisible) and let the guests enjoy every minutes of their holiday. I'll recommend the Hotel to my friend and I'll visit again soon. It's like a little piece of heaven in the heart of a forest.

The road signs could be better/bigger approaching the hotel from the main road. Also, the streets connecting the main road and the hotel should be resurfaced, those potholes are not suspension friendly. I hope some improvement can happen in the near future in this matter.
