Pros (+) Loved the location and how everything looked so clean and new. Perfect for our weekend get away!
Cons (-) The elevator didn't work quite right. Had to push the button multiple times for the door to open even though it was on your floor. It was also slow and shakey.

Pros (+) The staff was wonderful during my stay. Everyone my husband and I encountered (from the Front Desk to Housekeeping) greeted us warmly and asked if there was anything he/she could do for us. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast (included in the stay) was fabulous with a lot of variety to choose from. I wish I had an excuse to stay in Springfield for another day so I could extend my s...
