Pros (+) The TV had many channels and was good HD quality. Parking lot was a courtyard style, so the main road was not in view and everyone could see everyone else -- a good set up to deter crime.

Cons (-) the night stand had some kind of food crumbs all over it when we checked in. the ironing board would not close or fold back up. it was okay.
