Pros (+) Kayak did not notify the hotel of my payment. Arithra did a great job rectifying the matter and keeping me from being double billed. Super professional and very friendly!

I wish the room would have had a bathtub/shower combination, but it only had a shower. The ice machine on my floor was not working properly, but they sent someone up promptly to fix it. The only real complaint that I had was that I was double charged for my stay. I was charged once...
