Cons (-) Drugged out people running around at 3 in the morning. The front desk man said he couldn't do anything about it.

Pros (+) Very close to where I wanted to be. People managing it were very nice. I think it was as clean as a really old motel can be.
Cons (-) Rough sheets. The AC unit couldn't be adjusted without standing on a chair. Very tired decor. Bed not comfortable. Pool empty
