The whole stay was very good
Was surprised charged extra for room service
the evening meal. Did not expect carvery for the price and it wa.s very bad
Stunning sea views
Radiators didn't work in the bedroom or bathroom. Cold & drafty rooms. We did complain at the time but haven't heard back from the hotel. Shame as main hotel is very nice. Wouldn't stay here again based on this alone.
Location and view of St Ives
All leisure facilities were very tired and not very clean. Room was a throwback to the 70's. Cannot believe it would ever fetch £175 per night as advertised on your site

Creaky flooring
Position of the hotel in terms of views. The grounds of the hotel were also very attractive
The check-in time were strictly enforced - no ley way for couple with baby. The shower broke down on second night. Decor needed updating in room and corridors, especially carpets. No air-conditioning in rooms, and struggled to get a fan. No iron and ironing board - they only had a laundry room on ground floor.
Hotel clean with fabulous grounds and view.
Room a bit noisy in the night as I think we may have been next to the boiler room. Don'nt think that the bath would have suited an elderly couple.
Great hotel, huge and beautiful terriotry

Warm water in pool! Fab sea view. Beautiful grounds & lovely old building. Clean room, great breakfast and very friendly check-in reception
Steps to pool & the changing room floors were cold; being stone. Changing rooms in need of re-furb. Plumbing in room was a bit noisey and toliet flush was not all that effective.
A really good impressive hotel and supporting staff
Main evening meal was not served as hot as I wold have expected it to be. I consider warm food to be a poor reflection of an otherwise very good hotel
