Lovely sized room and facilities. Very helpful and polite staff. Lovely breakfast.
I e mailed in advance asking for a cot bed to be put in our room. This did not make it to our room till nearly 9 o clock at night. The man on reception was very helpful but needed extra help due to the business of the resteraunt and bar. Was very hard to get to sleep due to the noise from the bar downstairs and out on the street. When this finally settled down around 11 there was a continuous creeking noise all night, I was unsure whether this was from the pub hanging sign outside of our window or from the floor boards above.

Such a. Stunning location away from the madness of central London. We loved the walk and various little eateries. The breakfast was super as was the coffee. It was only 15 minutes to Richmond which is so Lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were very clean and comfy and there was quality coffee and tea in the room. It was cosy and it had great brows onto the river.
Quite pricey but my fault really as I’d booked a family room and it ended up only me and my son. Tricky to get to centre direct. UsedUber who were good actually and not too expensive.

Paid a bit extra for a larger room. Very comfortable with a large bathroom. Pub & restaurant were both busy on a Saturday night but service at the bar was very prompt Nice outdoor seating area next to the river including some huts with heaters Excellent full English breakfast plus biscuits for the dog!
