Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Many found the breakfast to be generally good, though there were several complaints about breakfast chaos, lack of replenishment, and lukewarm food during busy times. The parking situation was a major negative, with repeated frustrations about extra charges and unclear pricing. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms, while others noted issues with noise, uncomfortable beds, and minor maintenance problems. Overall, the hotel is seen as reliable and clean, with excellent staff but room for improvement in breakfast service and parking.
