The bed was so firm I couldn't sleep on my side without hurting my shoulder. The hand-held shower sprayer hose was very stiff...difficult to set the direction of the water spray without it moving around...and it had mold on the hand-held sprayer. The pillows were comfy, as was the bedding. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good...but pricey. Thank goodness Jeremiah...
