Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near public transport and attractions. However, many express disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, citing issues like old furnishings, insufficient cleaning, and lingering odors. Amenities such as the public hot spring bath and restaurant are often closed or under renovation without prior notice, leading to frustration. Service is generally described as average, with some guests finding staff inattentive or noisy. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and service are needed.
