Pros: FujiIsio is located in an Onsen town with literally a small shop and one restaurant (which was closed when we were there) leaving you to enjoy the Onsen - got baths and Kaisekei (sp) cuisine Rooms are well appointed and the view is lovely. Staff were overly attentive which was awesome. Great stay, very relaxed, great location for those seeking peace and quiet.
Cons: Not much, only issue was the only restaurant in town was closed so we had pot noodles in our room for lunch!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is amazing! The landscape is stunning, the onsen is an amazing experience and our room was unique! The staff is extremely kind and the breakfast and dinner were super nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is our second visit and their standard of serving remained at the highest quality. Altered menu for another season and different scene outside the window. This is a very comfortable experience and I am happy to visit again in the future. They arranged the same staff to serve us as last time which is another surprise.
Cons: The wifi is not very stable.

Pros: Wonderful experience at a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The free Shuttle to and from Obuse was a bonus. We were greeted warmly by our Hosts ( an elderly couple) and made us feel at home. The 2 onsens ( wooden and rock) were something to experience. Also, the Japanese style breakfast and dinner were an exceptional dining experience. Thanks again to our Hosts at Ryokan Warabino. We were the first Kiwis to visit. So hopefully more will follow , definitely recommended.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: - Staff - facilities - breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this place. Its location in the magnificent mountains, the politeness of hotel employees, the cleanliness of the rooms and the onsens. We booked a private onsen for sunset and it was a really nice experience. The kaiseki dinner on our first night was incredible.
Cons: We stayed for 2 days and the first day we had a true kaiseki experience for dinner, which is why we were a little bit disappointed the second day because dinner was much simpler.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Warm and accommodating staff, hospitality with a personal touch, beautiful Kaiseki and great onsens. Great value for money too.
Cons: Location of the property was remote, out of the way of large towns with lots of tourists but not super remote that the views were of pristine mountains - somewhat of an in between. The only thing wanting in an otherwise perfect stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very authentic Japanese experience. 3 types of onsen. The dinner is an explosion of taste buds with so many variety and tastes served in small portions to fill up one's tummy. Breakfast is remarkable too. Staffs especially the manager and gentle old lady are friendly and eager to serve. Beautiful ryokan set against gorgeous background. Room has everything one needs. Sleeping on tatami is warm and comfortable in winter. Good wifi. Highly recommended!
