Pros (+) Everyone was really nice and polite. Food was pretty good and room was very comfortable

Cons (-) Only two elevators for five story building caused long waits sometimes. Also, both elevators were not working the day after we arrived. Cleaned room only after 11AM (we were gone early in AM and back by 11AM, and missed room cleaning several days. No exhaust fan in bathroom and the high humidity caused the carpets always to feel damp. Computer and printer were not working, so couldn't print boardi...

Pros (+) Nice staff that tried hard, give them credit. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. We left a Kindle behind that they found and held for us.
Cons (-) Elevators didn't work when we checked in. Cramped breakfast area. Fire alarm went off at 3am that wrecked the nights sleep.
