Total disaster flight was delayed and we missed our connection twice and staff didn’t know what they were doing. Lost 2 days of our vacation. Meal vouchers didn’t work. Baggage didn’t arrive.
Delay caused me to miss my connecting flight
Cons: "Our gate (E38c) shared the same walkway (or whatever the place between the terminal gate and the plane door is called) with four other flights. It was a long and poorly-marked sidewalk amidst ongoing construction. The crews had to make sure everyone boarding each plane was on the plane heading to the correct destination. There was essentially nothing stopping people from any of the five flights getting on any of the five planes. Other than that, it was a good flight with great crew."

First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not"

Pros: "one of the crew members (Ana) was not only rude and bumping the food cart everywhere, she apparently did not learning as kid the basic of thank you and please. In addition her personal manners of cleaning her nose with her hand, was not only disgusting but unhygienic."

The overhead reading lights flashed on and off periodically making me a bit concerned about the electricals. Our main piece of luggage was sent on a different flight. It took us over an hour to locate that had happened. We waited at the distribution point. We got one Piecebut not the other. After all we’re taken from the belt we went in search and found it."

Cons: "Entertainment was nonexistant. Most movies were unavailable and those that were would start and then say “no longer available” monitor did not work. I was not the only passenger with issues. Many could not get system to work. Antiquated and/or poorly maintained. Also, announcement made it seem as if you had to pay for wine/beer/spirits. I wasn’t drinking so it didnt matter but at other times this would have been a hassle. Never had this on an international flight. Flight was okay just not top drawer like it used to be. Cost cutting measures have impacted the brand. Would not say it is first tier. Dont mind a “no frills” flight if it results in lower cost to consumer (aka Southwest Airlines)"

Cons: "newer touch screens were great except viewing angle couldn't be adjusted. standard food was horrible, esp for an international flight; not sure if specialty diets have better meals. kid movies were dubbed into many language options but Chinese was not one for ANY kid films. bathrooms with the same crappy mini sinks that you can't really wash your hands in, esp if someone pukes in it. they should all learn from Japan's ANA airliners with the motion sensor sinks with faucets raised up high enough for you to wash your hands without touching the gross basin."
Pros: "Extremely nice and helpful lady at Philadelphia airport self-service kiosks sorted seating and frequent flyer number out for me, I noticed she really was helping everyone who was working on their tickets and I was completely impressed. The cabin crew and pilots were very professional as well."
Cons: "There were one or two staff members phoning it in but even they were basically pleasant to deal with. Overall I'd definitely fly American again. It reminded me of the simplicity and professionalism of flying in the early 90s."

Cons: "The AA station in Madison (MSN) is notoriously SLOW in downloading bags from the plane and getting them to the baggage claim. So far this flight ot is about 30 minutes from when the plane pulled into the gate and still no bags yet."

The airplane interior was ancient and would be better served with Allegiant aircraft and not something that should be on a so called premium route by a once premium company. I would honestly recommend anyone fly Thomas Cook or TUI or even Norwegian before flying British Airways 777s as they are ancient wrecks with no value proposition. I would recommend going by boat before flying British Airways 772. The only time I would recommend flying any of the 772s from British Airways was if walking was your only other choice and even then a nice pair of trainers would probably be more comfortable."

Cons: "The wash bag is now so limited- the bare minimum (and that's in business class!). No comb even. No face wipe either. It's an obvious thing to economise on from the airline's point of view, but it doesn't really have to cost them anything. And the choice of new films was somewhat disappointing - they are relying quite a lot on older films. and no duty free at all (the crew were apparently not given the correct paperwork to allow sales). This was disappointing as I had been hoping to pick up a dual SIM gadget. None of these minus points are major, but they detracted from my enjoyment of the flight"
