The ambience is beautiful. I love the lights over the courtyard. I love how rustic and antique the lobby feels.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It took a very long time for hot water to run in the shower. The water tasted bad.
Beds were comfortable. Live music in bar was pretty good and breakfast was the best
Could have been cleaner. Found some items from previous customer.
Not very happy
Great breakfast buffet, nice view of mountain range from my room.
no cleaning services, no staff on-site near my room (to request towels, etc), pool is in another building and locked, exercise room smells bad and in another building, room not as big as what I thought we'd be getting (according to pictures on website).
Great 3 star hotel
This is a great value for a 3 star hotel. Great restaurant and bar, cute place overall. It's not a luxury hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised at the great hotel at 3 stars.
Very out dated.
The room was small and the TV was an old tube TV.
Made to order breakfast was delicious.
The fitness room was as large as the closet smells like paint and everything seemed a little outdated and run-down
The main lobby -- this hotel was built in 1930's. Really a charming example of Adobe architecture -- very nice restaurant and bar -- decoration wise. Breakfast included and was very good. The architecture and decoration in main building lobby/ restaurants is worth seeing.......people are very nice...but the need to up their game accommodation wise.
Old part I would not recommend -- not solid feeling when you step on floors -- the newer building is not concrete between floors so you hear people walking on 2nd floor rooms if you are in 1st floor rooms. They gave us a room in old section, electricity went off, then phone..i asked to be moved to newer building -- which were suites and they moved us at no extra charge..then that room had no hot water and no water pressure. So we moved for a third time and that had hot water and no water pressure...next day pressure was better but room was noisey since a bunch of construction workers were staying on the 2nd floor. But the building is historic and worth seeing but I would not stay there again.
