Pros (+) Quiet. Good location - 5 min to "downtown" Exactly what I wanted and expected. It's an older property but maintained. Would stay there again.

Pros (+) The room was as described, and nothing fancy but very good. I was just staying for a little while and needed somewhere nice to sleep and rest for a little bit. The staff was nice and friendly and the room was very clean.
Cons (-) 15 minutes before my checkout, the staff called me to make sure I was awake and prepare to leave exactly on time. I was really tired from a long drive, and was trying to get every bit of sleep I could, so while they were being thoughtful, it stole a bit of time asleep. No big deal, though.
