Pros (+) We were upgraded for free due to an issue with our first room.
Cons (-) The bed linens in our first room was very dirty (hair, dirt and lint all over them, like someone had walked on a dirty floor and then walked on the sheets) so we requested a new room. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and upgraded us to a better room, however the floors and shower were visibly dirty. Pros (+) Was clean, comfy, mini fridge & coffee maker. Was quiet. Loved the proximity to restaurants. Walked next door to Clocktower Ales - great brewery/restaurant. Walked next door the next night to have wonderful Thai food. Was right down town for strolling & window shopping.
Cons (-) The beds were not very soft. Sheets were soft, but they should invest in a pillow top mattress or gel foam topper. Everything else was perfect.
