The staff received high marks for friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, with several guests highlighting their positive interactions. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with rooms described as neat and well-maintained. The pool and breakfast received mixed feedback: while some enjoyed the amenities, others found the pool cold or lacking privacy and felt the breakfast could be improved.
