Pros (+) We were given a room that was already occupied, but the lady at the front desk was amazing and wonderful and apologetic -- she fixed the problem instantly . . . by upgrading us to a suite, which we hadn't asked for!
Cons (-) For a new building, it sure creaks like an old one . . . when somebody above, below, or on the side moves. And the windows are pretty thin for an urban setting; those late-night sirens don't make it inside at some other hotels, but they rang loud-and-clear here.
