Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near train stations, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the relatively spacious accommodations compared to typical Japanese hotels. However, some reviews noted outdated room decor, issues with bathroom facilities, and occasional inconvenience with stairs and luggage storage. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, especially for those seeking value and convenience.
