Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location and cleanliness of the rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being closed without prior notice, service issues including unhelpful staff and housekeeping lapses, and concerns about value for price due to extra charges and outdated rooms. Some guests also mentioned noise, maintenance issues, and lack of amenities as negatives. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were highlights, several operational aspects need improvement.
