Pickup was terrible! They did not have any car in my class. Then they said they do have one but at Pep Boy. And I had to wait for ONE HOUR for the car to be delivered to the rental office. I didn’t even think it was cleaned properly. Then I noticed there were big scratches on the car that they never mentioned. I had to call the guy back to show him. The car drives ok though.

they called and told me that they didn't have any cars available, so I didn't rent a car, I was stuck without a car or any other alternative

The priceI was disappointed I didn’t get the car I reserved. Customer service sucks. While doing the paperwork I noticed they were closed on Sunday which is when I was planning on returning the car and I was told just drop off the keys in the box. I then waited almost 30 minutes for them to bring me the car. The attendant gave me the keys and walked off. I then took pictures of existing damage and drove off. At the first traffic light I noticed the fuel tank was only 1/4 full. Not seeing a phone number to call I went back to the office to inquire and was told the fuel level is on the back of the key. I’m now behind schedule as it has taken over an hour to get the car and find a gas station. Super annoyed! Then my son gets into the back seat and cuts his hand on an piece of broken glass!!! Then when I returned the car in realize I had been given no instructions on where to park and the office was closed. Very annoyed with hertz.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful.Hours limited, opened at 9AM for drop off. Actually, opened late, was number 4 in line. Clerk was helpful and courteous but late opening put me in time crunch.

I would've appreciated picking up the vehicle on a full tank of gas. I didn't like having to get it, being on a time schedule then having to stop to fill up the vehicle. It was at half a tank when I picked it up.

The customer service was horrible. It took me 30 minutes to simply pick up a vehicle. The vehicle was different than what I was expecting and then when I went to return it, it was very confusing where I was to leave the car. All around the experience was not worth it and I won’t be returning.

The car was very clean and the pick-up was fast once we were helped.Time management and organization from the associates could be better. They seemed a bit frazzled and disorganized during pick-up and drop-off. They kind of bulldozed through each customer. One associate was loudly smacking gum and pretty aggressive with us. During pick-up, it took about 20-30 minutes to get helped after my set appointment time.

Kamal was great! Very helpful and friendly. The other man that helped me was very helpful I think he was a manager wearing a gray enterprise shirt. After hours drop off is easy and very convenient.Pricing is a bit steep for type of car I got.

Location of facility was not bad.Low staffed location, took very long to get vehicle. Did not get my compact car which I wanted "to easily navigate LA streets. Was put in a pick up truck which had stains on driver seat and front / rear carpets. Drop off was horrendous. No one present in car return. Was told by multiple staff that someone was outside at podium to receive returns and there wasn't. Was forced to be rude to staff members in order to have someone do my car return. Will not rent from this location again.

My complaint is that they charged an extra $2. It’s the principle not the $2. My online reservation said total $37.99 plus tax and in the end I was charged 39.99 plus tax. If they get an extra $2 for every customer, that’s a lot! And why should I book it online if the price is not honored?

Avis FailNothing, because I didn't get a car. When I arrive they told me they were out of cars and wouldn't have been any back in for two days. When I asked if they could help me find a car at another location they said they could not.I didn't like anything about it because I didn't get to go on my vacation because I didn't get a car at Avis because they were sold out even though I had a reservation. Avis sucks

Great car.It took FOREVER. Could Budget be less efficient? I was behind a Romanian with a Maryland driver's license and Budget couldn't cope. Then my agent slow walked my forms. Then I got ferried to another facility where I waited while the car was cleaned. This was during my lunch break from work.

I got to the budget drop off in Torrance at 1:30 in the afternoon and there wasn't anybody around. I waited 20 mins. And the guy showed up. Maybe they need more than one person working there.

Do not book budget at Santa Clarita new hall ranchNothing. Well wait, actually journey was playing when I walked in, so there's that!Location did not have cars when arrived. Waited two extra hours. Had to book directly thru enterprise. Missed flight connection. Uber and taxi fees to and from this location twice to try and pickup.
