Cons: Too noisy, the other hostes were loud and noisy
6.7 Good
Pros: Convenient for one night, basic but okay for one night.
Cons: The bathroom needs a very good clean
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The most disrespectful and dishonest personnel i have ever seen in my entire life. they first made me an offer for a long staying request by the time i manage to pay they changed it completely to a more expensive one. Dirty flats and smelly corridors. Not recommended at all and to avoid.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Understand the weather had been bad however there were no amenities, bar was closed and couldn't get food, no communication before hand that marineland was shut. One staff member was very unhelpful in assisting us find food/drinks one was more helpful. As a result we spent the first day of our stay in the hotel room watching Netflix on my phone.
4.5 Okay
Pros: You liked the staff and the location where the accommodation is located. It is all over the place.
Cons: The breakfast was very little in variety and each and every one of them which was very little we managed to eat outside. While we spend so much money on the room the private parking has a charge of 10 € per day while they were donated. We stayed there, no pillows were changed at all, and the room was never frozen. I am really a little scared about it being for kids only. This was all done while the chek was out at 12:30 pm. the card didn't work. .Με λιγα λογια ΑΘΛΙΑ.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ease of access to train station and location between Antibes and nice
5.0 Okay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, great room, great service, beautiful location, very clean and calm.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Great location. Great stuff. Perfect stay off peak.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Some of the staff are very lovely and i grew tired moaning at them.. Eden rock we’re we stayed the previous week could learn from them... in fact they should poach all their staff particularly nathalie who is most excellent
Cons: It is difficult to understand how they have had so many high ratings as feed back I can only conceive they have faked their reviews. This is not a 5 Star hotel which might be where our issues lie. Rightly or wrongly I expect certain things when I travel Clean rooms , gym , working internet, comfortable pool and furniture, more than 2-3 hour time windows in which to order food, a lift that will fit a pram, comfortable lounge areas... I also object to spending €50 on Sun beds everyday... however I have more Il feeling towards hotel.com who sold it as a five star hotel and then showed no interest in helping me change booking .., We knew the area that we were supposed to be in and felt comfortable booking the hotel as it claimed to be a 5 Star. Then they just ignored my complaints , I also paid for a direct sea view which you get on the 4th and 5th floors but on the 3rd only a view of trees hotel .com again unhelpful..
6.0 Good
Pros: The design both of the hotel and the room
Cons: The breakfast Bad navigation- impossible to find Strange situation with parking
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast okay. Coffee could have been hotter and I didn't like people bringing their dog in the breakfast room.
Cons: Apart from breakfast there were no restaurants to dine in at night. I know it was off-season but they should still offer at least 1 place to eat at night as they are a 5 star hotel. There was no parking for our hire car!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel - slightly old fashioned service (a good thing!) and wonderful design of room and Deco styling
Cons: The design of the bar area was weird and naff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel located in safe and quite area. The hotel is charm, very well decorated.
Cons: The breakfast for this charm hotel is not "charm" at all. I hope this is winter "style", in summer you will find divers type of the food.

Pros: For that money its well overpriced, look around you can get 5* hotels in Cannes for similar prices. 1. We booked 1 big bed + sofa bed room, we got standard 2 beds room for 220 eur !! 2. We checked in 12:00 and they said bags will be delivered to our room, when we areived 17:00 no bags in our room what so ever ..! 3. In Spa inside you must wear rubber hat :)! 4. Dinner the service was very bad, girl even didnt changed the fork to new one after starter ! Not friendly service at all .... 5. Room was close to outside conditionaires and was nouse all the night, we couldnt sleep at all 6. Average age in this hotel was 60 + :)!
Cons: Salty wayer heated pool, but you can not sleep There :))
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We really liked the room. It was very large. The balcony over the pool was great. The view on Baie des Anges was breathtaking. We could enjoy smoking without at all being bothered.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The lovely friendly staff. The beds were so comfortable
Cons: The menu in the restaurant wasn’t big enough very limited.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good hotel, the pool was very nice and staff excellent
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The spa was incredible, the staff were so lovely and went above and beyond for me as I had surgery and was recovering so they always brought ice to my room and help in anyway they could. They have a shuttle bus so it’s a great help to get into town. Awesome breakfast as well
7.5 Good
Pros: - The room was very spacious and comfortable. - The breakfast was very good. - The food at the restaurant was very good but the portions were very small.
Cons: - The swimming pool was extremely crowded and the water didn't seem very clean. - The staff at the reception was not very friendly. - The restaurant was open till 10 p.m. and when we asked for a desert at 9.30 we were told that the "patissier" had left and that we could only have industrial ice-cream (e.g. Magnum). This is unacceptable for a restaurant of this type (without stars if I remember well, but still recommended by the Michelin guide), especially since our booking was for 8.30 p.m. and we arrived on time!

Pros: Nice sea view from the balcony, comfortable appartement, nice lawns for our dog, good parking places for our car. Not far from Nice, Antibes and Cannes.
Cons: Small storage places in bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, lovely swimming pools outside and inside
Cons: The apartments were not clean as it could be
7.1 Good
Pros: We liked that the staff was nice and welcoming. The room had a well-equipped kitchen.
Cons: You had to pay extra for everything - if you wanted the cleaner to clean the room, for bathrobes, for the swimming caps (which were compulsory but you had to buy them). We have usually stayed in hotels where all these things are free. At the end, we had to pay extra money for taxes which we didn't know anything about.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. The spa area was amazing! A huge Carrefour was nearby so with a car it was easy to buy your own food. Without a car it would have been tricky. The hotel ran free shuttles into the town and rail station which was helpful as it is a little tucked away.
Cons: The main bed had a big dip in one side of the mattress which we had to stay clear off. The sofa bed also had weak slats. Otherwise the mattresses were comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive. We ordered some pain au chocolats and baguette for breakfast which were nothing special (after the first day we bought the baguette and pastries from outside).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The best was the swimming pool/jacuzzi
Cons: If was close to bus station
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spa, Staff, Food great Manager and Support all over all a 100%

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding , delicious croissants, cakes, muffins, a variety of eggs such as omelettes, boiled , fried , breads, fruits, cheeses and meats . The choice was wide and in abundance. Staff were excellent and so helpful. Manager Valentine and Valentina on front desk were so helpful when we needed to change rooms .
Cons: The room was basic . They could have supplied dressing gown and slippers , as all 4 star hotels normally do . Safe didn’t work in one of the rooms Phones were in the middle of being updated so could not call reception as signs on phone didn’t match but as I said this was being rectified . Partial sea front room was over front of hotel so woken early from coaches reverse lights arriving to collect people . Bar staff excellent - suggested serving crisps/nuts /olives with cocktails as they did not offer or stock. Olive tapenade lovely though.
7.4 Good
Pros: Clean and bright Great location
Cons: Very expensive breakfast Very expensive parking Lack of ambiance. Feels soulless - could be improved with some background music? Lift was smelly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front staff both day and evening were very friendly and helpful. They offered help with everything we asked. The concierge fellow was also very helpful.
Cons: Breakfast ordering was confusing, we only wanted a la carte and couldn’t communicate with anyone. Finally the head fellow came and helped us.
6.2 Good
Pros: Staff - Philippe, the manager on staff bent over backwards to make sure we were appropriately taken care of when a pipe burst outside our room.
Cons: Older property that Marriott purchased, but needs a lot of renovations to truly live up to the 5 stars it has been awarded.
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Would have loved the rooms to be a little larger...
8.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exreamly kind staff comfortable room Very safe car park Good pizza place nearby
Cons: There was a label at the cabinet that we had to do the dishes ,should we use them, otherwise we would be charged . We did not like to do the dishes while we are on vacation ( even though it was only two glasses and a dish )
7.0 Good
Pros: In many ways this is an excellent place for us to stay as a layover on our regular journeys across southern France and Italy. It was perfect for our cat, as it had a secure balcony. It also had an excellently equipped kitchen and enough space to relax in room itself. It was a huge bonus to have basement parking although the downside was the fact that the lift didn't work to the car-park and we had to lug heavy suitcases etc up three flights of stairs.
Cons: Nothing really
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was much better than I had anticipated. We were only spending 1 night there and didn't need much of the facilities, but having a terrasse, with our own little part of lawn, outdoor furniture, and a nicely functioning bathroom, with hairdryer and even warming towel rack, was very nice. dish washing liquid, sponge and drying towel were provided in the kitchen, free wi-fi... honestly, we could have stayed there for a week and have what we needed, I didn't expect that...
Cons: We slept on the sofa bed and our children in the bedroom on the twin beds. The sofa bed was so so comfortable, we could feel the springs of the mattress when getting into the bed. Sleeping was OK, but getting on our knees when climbing on was painful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice service, very nice and clean rooms
Cons: Parking a bit expensive.. very hard to find outside. Not in the center so car or metro is a must.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice staff and good location

Cons: A little isolated Not very pleasant surroundings
7.0 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, updated rooms. Good size room and large bed. Breakfast included, a block away from the beach, and walking distance from top notch restaurants at all price levels. GREAT hotel.
Cons: Parking may be a bit challenging, but not too difficult.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking a small garden. We were on the second floor so could only partially see the sea. The large bed was very comfortable. A large bathroom had double sinks and large shower. Clean towels every day. Everywhere was very clean and well presented. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is right on the beach. I can't comment on the food there as the Helios Plage restaurant closed at the end of September and we were there mid October. The sister beach restaurant bar Colombiere is open till the end of October and provided a wonderful place for sunset drinks the night before our daughter's wedding. Close to all sorts of amenities.
Cons: It would have been nice to have milk for tea and coffee with the hospitality tray in our room as standard. The breakfast room was very clean and well presented but didn't have any sea views or outside terrace as the main hotel building is behind another building, albeit only about 100 metres walk from the beach.
5.8 Okay
Cons: woken by drunk people knocking on door 2 nights in a row.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice big room Nice balcony Good location Nice staff Nice decor
Cons: Prefer toilet to be in bathroom or at least have it’s own washbasin
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and ideal location for both the beach and the local train station. The bed was really comfortable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, especially if you are combining a beach holiday with sightseeing by rail along Cote d’Azur. We stayed in a deluxe room. All rooms are not equal, so ask for a sea view. If you are as lucky as we were, you might get a great one. The room itself was spacious and recently tastefully redecorated. We were happy with the breakfast and service too. No frills, but good.
Cons: Towards the end of our stay, our room would sometimes be filled with a nasty odor. We thought it had to do with the air-conditioning unit. Since the weather was nice enough, we solved the problem by turning the unit off and opening some windows. This is a solution that won’t work in all weather conditions. Hopefully the problem gets solved more permanently.
7.1 Good
Pros: Spacious room. Noise isolation is good, room was quiet. Large and comfortable bed. Good location. Good experience to sit in the balcony and have a drink. A well established, large hotel with nice bar. Check-out time is 12:00.
Cons: The bathroom and water closet was not cleaned properly when we first arrived at the room. We had to ask for re-cleaning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly atmosphere
Cons: In future we will ask for a wak- in shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome hotel; very clean and friendly. Very close to everything including restaurants, bars, supermarket etc. Had an awesome view from our room of the sea...would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. It is a 2 min walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.
Cons: The keys to the room are heavy and we had trouble closing and opening the doors.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great room was spacious .
Cons: The kitchen was not equipped with much utensils to cook, also the partition of the bath tub was little faulty and so water was leaking out.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Parking direct outside the room if you have room on the ground floor. Remote for the main gate. Kitchen with microwave.
Cons: Dirty, old room, things need repairs. Pictures of the rooms are totally different than reality...!!!! Only one Blanket for two beds! Got sheet but no Blanket!
5.0 Okay
Cons: Location was not was good. There is only one toilet to be shared by two rooms. Cleaning is also not done every day.
6.0 Good
Pros: Covered parking, short distance to A8. Little integrated kitchen with utensils.
Cons: Noisy A/C system, uncomfortable beds.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Big appartement complex with small swimming pool. Parking places outside and in two parking garages.
Cons: strange location, no places to eat close to the hotel. There was no hot water every evening and some times also in the morning. The staff was saying that they were working on this problem but till our departure there were no changes (spent there 7 nights). The staff is polite and saying the right words but they do not care about your needs. By booking several months before the arrival I asked for two separate beds - they made for us one bed from two beds((. Beds are small, pillows are not comfortable.
5.8 Okay
Pros: n/a
Cons: The room wall looked as if it had mould, the shower in its self was cold on a daily basis, the tiles in the shower has a massive crack and one tile was missing.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. You only needed to cross the road to be at the beach (though it wasn't the beach season of course), but lovely to look out over the blue sea every day. Free parking below the hotel. A nice big room.
Cons: Although we took a superior room it looked out over another building of apartments ; only the apartments have a sea view. The television was not situated in the best of places for watching it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service level
Cons: In cheaper rooms you only see a wall
7.0 Good
Pros: We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The location was great in terms of being a central base and getting around
Cons: With regards to the hotel, the positioning of the television meant that it was uncomfortable to watch from the bed and as there was only one chair in the twin/double room, one person would have been consigned to the square pouffee - not the most comfortable piece of furniture to sit on to watch tv. There was a distinct lack of useable surfaces; in the bathroom there is nowhere to put bathroom toiletries, well no more than a toothbrush and toothpaste; in the room itself, there were no hanging hooks for outerwear/coats (we were caught in the rain on our way to the hotel and our only option was to hang our outerwear on the only two hooks which were in the shower area in the bathroom!) Also, the hospitality trays should be furnished with more than two teabags - for a two night stay, there should be sufficient for your stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean, central location. Good room service. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Difficult to get a seaview room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The suite with view on the Cap d'Antibes. The breakfast served in the room and the quality of the service The quality of the bed is extra
7.5 Good
Pros: I have stayed at the Royal Antibes every year for several years usually off season not for a cheaper rate but for peace and quiet and because I have many friends in nearby towns who are usually there in off peak periods. The location is key for me close to a main line rail station and a good bus station or at least bus connections that are frequent. I always book a Cap d'Antibes Suite because I like the self catering possibility and the balcony and view they provide, again these are not the cheapest of room types at this property. As a regular traveller and someone who works at senior level in the luxury hotel sector I like the fact the suites are more self contained with kitchenettes and even more I like recognition and for my comments to be taken with some empathy which no longer appears to be the case as the property declines in this regard losing some of the guest engagement which first enticed me to stay which is a shame.
Cons: I wrote a review here a year ago about this hotel which was very positive with a score of 10. My only negative comment was that there was not one single television channel in English with every channel only being in French. This should be fine but the room information guide the hotel has in the rooms for TV inform you there are three English channels. The hotel either does not see these reviews or care about such feedback because a year later there are still only channels in French. Whilst this is a minor thing even when mentioned a year ago and having the TV retuned this year the response was that this is what we offer. Upon check in I was informed that the room rate for the first two nights of my six night stay was double the rate for each of the other nights and that breakfast was included, when I stated I did not book a bed and breakfast rate and would not be taking breakfast and also that this site does not show me a nightly rate I was informed with a shrug of the shoulders that this is the rate. I was confused why they gave me a breakfast inclusive rate when it was not asked for - they did not advise me if the breakfast was free (maybe as I am a Genius Booker) or that was the only rate or if the rate could be adjusted, I did not want a cheaper rate but did want an explanation. On the last day I went to the Cafe bar in the hotel for two glasses of champagne. No one came to serve me outside so I went to the bar myself where the two casually dressed female bar staff were talking to each other in a bar empty of guests. I requested the drinks which were poured as they chatted and paid for them, it was presumed my change due was a tip which they kept without checking. A coaster, napkin, help carrying them to the table or some olives or nuts would have been a nice gesture given the prices they charge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location , close to everything but still far from crowd . Excellent views , staff and rooftop jacuzzi . Had a fantastic time here , would love to stay again . highly recommend to other travellers .
Cons: Nothing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very polite & efficient from check in to check out, we felt very well cared for our entire stay. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities in the room were all great. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and eating on the patio with a view of the harbor and the lighthouse was delightful. The location was perfect, it was an easy walk into town for dinner and we were very close to attractions.
Cons: Parking was €20 for the night, I thought it was included when I booked. Room had a view of a wall, which was disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything !
Cons: Availability of superior rooms with no view of sea !

Cons: It was some way from the centre. Lighting in the room was quite bad and not good for reading. They should get rid of the mood lighting. Breakfast was free, but it looked very carelessly prepared. Dirty cups and cutlery. As if the hotel had no respect for their guests.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good breakfast

Pros: Great staff, very friendly atmosphere. Good value
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bad location. Cost of the hotel is too high for that quality. Strong smell of chlorine in the room. Room was located at ground level and without window. I would rate it as hostel and not a hotel...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom was big, clean and comfortable enough for the four of us. Bathroom was also big and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. There was also available parking at the hotel.

9.4 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel right next to the beach and in walking distance from old town of Antibes. We got the room next to the reception which seems to have been equipped for disabled people so was very large and spacey with huge bathroom. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Another bonus is that just across the street there is a large public parking because of the beach and it is free from October till April. Antibes old town is 10 minutes walking so we had dinner in a very cosy little restaurant in centre of town. Cannes is also very close and we paid visit before we arrived at the hotel. Cote d'Azure is very charming without the summer crowds for sure.
Cons: There was nothing really on the negative side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, 10min walk to historic city along the promenade and old town, 50 meter from the beach Hotel is in a very quite area, we had room facing the street and was super quiet a night, so we slept with no noise at all. Hotel is very new and nicely decorated, the design is really nice, the theme is the sea. It is easy to walk to Antibes Cap (15min) and to 15m to Juan Les Pins.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely charming! Fabulous location overlooking the bay in Antibes. Wonderful staff - nothing was ever too much trouble. We loved sitting on our balcony looking out to sea and watching the council workers doing a fabulous job looking after the parks and gardens opposite us. The area felt very safe and was close to restaurants and a boulangerie. 15 minutes walk to the old town along the water front. We'll come again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, preferred to walk into Antibes and have a coffee and croissant in one of the little cafes. Really liked that I could keep my car in an inside garage. Walked everywhere.
