Pros (+) The location was very good... close to metro train station and shopping area. Staff was helpful. Buffet style dining was good.
Cons (-) The bed, while very much appreciated king size, the mattress could have been a little thicker and softer and the pillows a little more fluffier.

Pros (+) Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons (-) Free wifi in lobby was so slow I was not even tempted to pay to use it in my room. After long layovers better arriving, all I wanted was to soak in a hot bath. Hotel has showers in rooms. Food varies from excellent to British.
