Pros (+) Location is great.
Cons (-) No sound insulation between rooms or to exterior of building. You hear every conversation and every car door as if it was in your room. Breakfast was tolerable.

Pros (+) Good location, clean, felt very safe, met nice people. Liked the coffee/hot water maker. Bed ok. Nice place for the money. I'd stay there again (if I got a room with a sofa).
Cons (-) We stayed in a King room, it had a table with 2 chairs but no other furniture. No sofa, etc. The lighting was dim. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
