Travelling at night, you'd never find the place. Location of Facility Sign completely out of place on the top of the hill. Early evening staff, didn't know what to do. The room was dirty. What we liked, Tremonts location at the entrance of the National Park.

Pros (+) Tremont was wonderful! And a perfect place to stay when visiting Townsend, or even if you live there. The staff was exceptionally accommodating with very specific help and instructions for our afterhours arrival. And staff was always easy to find, from landscapers, housekeepers, and everyone in between. The room was adorable country feeling, while still being clean and immaculate. The jacuzzi was ...

Cons (-) Very disorganized front desk. Reserved rooms were not available and the hotel was sold out for the weekend. All that was available were older rooms. The front desk person wanted to be sure we knew they were cheaper so we would get a better deal. Rooms were old and stuffy, coffee maker not working, no hair dryer, no decent door lock.
