Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Trapani and nearby attractions. The staff receives high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and valuable local recommendations. Many guests appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms and overall comfort. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning problems such as mold, dust, and insufficient cleaning. While value for price is generally seen as fair, a few guests feel the cost is slightly high for the offered amenities, especially during peak season. Overall, positives outweigh negatives, particularly for location, service, and room size.
