Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially mentioning individuals like Rojdi. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast are also appreciated. However, many reviews express concerns about cleanliness, noise from outside and inside the hotel, and a lack of air conditioning or ventilation. Some guests found the location difficult to find or not ideal, and security issues were noted in a few cases. Overall, while service stands out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise insulation, and amenities.
