Pros (+) The front desk guy was nice and easy to make changes and fulfill requests
Cons (-) The first room we were, the toilet did not work so they put us in another room on the next floor but it was very inconvenient moving a 6 year old and a 1 year old at midnight. (We had a late check in and we all were tired) So we get in our second room and there was two spiders in our bed. I looked over it because at that point I just wanted to rest.
