Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, which is close to main attractions, bus terminals, and restaurants. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, issues with cleanliness, and problems with the bathrooms, such as lack of hot water, inadequate heating, and maintenance concerns. Several guests also mentioned dissatisfaction with the value for price, citing payment issues and mismatches between advertised and actual amenities. While a few guests found their rooms comfortable and praised helpful staff, the overall experience was mixed due to recurring negative aspects.
