Cons (-) Check-in person (yes only 1 person) was clueless. She would ask the questions but would not hear what you were saying nor did she listen to herself. There was no acknowledging that I was a Gold member. I had requested a room on the top floor. She called housekeeping (at 3:30pm) and they had nothing available. Pros (+) I liked that the staff was very nice and professionally as my fiance and I walked in and took the time to show us to our entrance after we parked
