Pros: Very friendly and inviting. Barb made sure that her guests felt at home.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location close to the harbour and Stanley Park. Lovely homely place to stay with great hosts who pay attention to detail and add personal touches. And the breakfast is amazing!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Excellent hosts. The pantry - with delicious cakes and soft drinks - is a great addition. We stayed in the garden room, with its own entrance and a lovely outside space. The guest house is in a quiet location but still just a stone’s throw from great restaurants and other sights.
Cons: There was some noise from the lounge and kitchen areas above the room - particularly early in the morning.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Excellent location and helpful staff/ owners
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very friendly and caring staff, beautiful decorated house and rooms, central to the city
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location in a cosy home away from home. Walk to Stanley Park, the Harbour , Granville Market, and numerous shops, museums and restaurants. The staff provided great help with how to get about... even can get a free shuttle 3 blocks away to Capilona suspension bridge and Grouse mountain. Oh- the breakfasts are wonderful. 3 courses of deliciousness. Not to forget the cakes, muffins and yummy treats available all day along with soft drinks, tea and coffee.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff. Helpful with restaurant and tour recommendations Great breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This boutique hotel is in its own class. Excellent facilities, the most friendly and welcoming staff who go out of their way to make your stay truly enjoyable. Always remembering your name, small, complimentary, bottles of water whenever you leave for a trip around Vancouver. The level 5 lounge for evening drinks/cocktails, breakfast and dinner, with a patio on warm days is a great place to relax. Beds and rooms are very comfortable, excellent facilities and very, very clean because they actually give the housekeeping staff longer to prepare for you! Honestly, you would be crazy not to put this on top of your list to stay in Vancouver. Totally worth the experience and we certainly did not find the price excessive. Real value for money.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. We had s split trip Vancouver (3 nights)-Edmonton (4)-Vancouver(1), then home to Australia and couldn’t wait to return for our last night in Canada. They upgraded us on both stays to beautiful 1br small suites with self catering facilities and rooms were immaculate always.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The suite felt like home and the location was perfect.
Cons: There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The warm, welcoming staff and beautiful accommodations made this a very special stay.
Cons: Bathrooms need more hooks!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff and the amenities at the Hotel were great. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and respectful.  the front desk went above and beyond what we expected to find our group a reservation for dinner st a great restaurant.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Helpful staff- responsive. Very comfortable rooms. Great location. Have stayed here several times.
Cons: A minor point but there are very few electrical outlets near table/desk to use laptops etc.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. The reception, service, room, dining and location. I had a courtyard room which was lovely and quiet. The hotel is is downtown, but on a quiet street - walkable to shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff was wonderful
Good 7.0
Pros: Beautiful quiet room, high quality bed.
Cons: Lots of little problems add up - broken phone in bedroom, SD TV instead of HD, AC unit gave us all mild asthma. Staff had no peptol-bismol on hand late night and didn't know what it was. I'd had a surgery and was vomiting in the night and needed some.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: As we arrived very early from our morning flight and our first encounter was so gracious as we were ushered upstairs to the tea room to enjoy complimentary tea with our son. Our room was ready quickly and was upgraded to a suite and it was gorgeous. A spa like bathroom: a bar area with my own Nespresso maker...a beautiful little outside balcony. It was like having a little home away from home and we could receive our adult children whom we were in town to see. The breakfast was very lovely! WE had it with our son and his grilfriend whom we were visiting..more like a brunch.
Cons: Not much. It s expensive but it felt like a real retreat in the city. I used the gym which was likea mini version of my regular gym..the lap pool and we adored the outside eating area witht he beautiful garden surrounding us. The nicest stay I have ever had in Vancouver.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, great facilities. The staff were excellent. Julia on reception went out if her way to get us a seat in a very popular Japanese restaurant (Miku) THEN got the hotel car to drop us to their door ! The next night we wanted Italian and she recommended a quaint Restaurant just around the corner called Lupo that was perfect. This hotel, the staff, the facilities are well worth the visit.
Cons: Not applicable
Excellent 9.3
Pros: My wife inadvertently left a few items in our room when we checked out but didn't notice they were missing until after we got home a week later. The people at the front desk were very accommodating in finding the items and mailing them back to us. In general, customer service at the hotel was just wonderful!
Cons: Mattress was uncomfortable and sloped downward from middle toward both sides. Also, it might be nice to offer guests another option for a quick snack or light breakfast besides the in-house restaurant. Perhaps a small cafe or coffee stand with pastries.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything: spacious well-equipped room, wonderful staff, very good hot breakfast, location.
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, staff, accommodation
Cons: Everything great
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Comfort and lay out of the room; nice bathroom with great products and a good make mirror; location; great bar and wonderful staff!
Cons: It is ridiculous to charge visitors in this high level hotel $24.99 to watch an in room movie! Infuriating, especially since no other platform for non tegular tv viewing is available. No ability to live-stream or get other entertainment! Go ahead and buy some smart TVs!!
Excellent 9.3
Pros: I really liked the A+ service from the moment we pulled up curbside. Bags and car taken care of. Room was beautiful and spacious. We didn't do the afternoon tea this visit but had previously and it was wonderful. I appreciate ample places in the room to charge devices. Very thoughtful design.
Cons: The King Size Mattress was a little more firm that we're accustomed to.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Central and easy to access from the sky train
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious comfortable room overlooking open square. Breakfast bar evolved through the day serving brunch, lunch and into delightful cocktail bar and restaurant in the evening. Very convenient location.
Cons: Longer stay.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Enjoyed our suite with soaking tub, excellent food and staff . The location was also good , a reasonable walk to the exclusive shops in the waterfront area.
Cons: 1-Valet parking turned out to be a bad experience. We gave the keys to the valet for parking Sunday PM and when they went to retrieve it the following Tuesday AM from their parking facility, someone had shattered the driver side door window in an attempt to get Break in, despite “security cameras and limited access “. Also a 2nd vehicle experienced the same issue 2 spaces over from ours, don’t know if it was a hotel guest or not and don’t know if the area is public or not. The hotel does not take responsibility for vandalism, The management did go out of their way and was gracious in assisting with the inconvenience, That said, I had to pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Be warned that this could have happened at any of the 5 star hotels in the area with a similar valet setups and outcomes . ( according to local police, vehicle breakins are not uncommon for cars with “out of province plates”). Hotels don’t take responsibility for your vehicle unless it is a direct result of the valets negligence . Seems to me, if we must pay for valet, they should be responsible/obligated to keep our cars safe while it is in their care. 2- a minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection that was not very good in our room, 2-3 bars out of 4.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location and the avocado toast was excellent. Staff exceptional and service quick and efficient.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the character of this hotel and spacious room
Cons: Everything was excellent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All members ofstaff very helpful and cheerful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food and the service were excellent.
Cons: Didn't like the coffee machine in the suite. I do not think it was working very well
Excellent 9.5
Pros: It was in a very clean and safe feeling area of downtown Vancouver. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the doorman/valet was incredibly helpful. The on site restaurant and lounge were very appreciated. The food here was incredible. Most tender food I've had in a long time if ever. The spa was comfortable and the stream room was great.
Cons: The spa didn't have enough masseuses on site for a couples massage. It wasn't the end of the world and it was on a random Wednesday morning so I don't fault them. The staff was able to store our bags since checkout occurred before the massage ended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Luxury and class without pretense, the Wedgewood made me feel welcome even while wearing jeans and chasing my rambunctious kids through the lobby.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Staff were all excellent!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything about the Loden is top-notch...from the service, the rooms, the complimentary bicycles, the bistro attached to the hotel...one of our top hotel experiences ever!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was small, which we liked, and the quality of the room fittings and furnishing was excellent
Cons: The toilet was noisy when flushed and the bed making was not great - the bottom sheet always worked it's way loose every morning
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location - steps to waterfront, Stanley Park, Downtown, and great coffee! And still quiet at night. We felt safe walking at all times of day/night.
Cons: We were happy with the property. I guess if there could be an improvement it would be some outdoor space - private patio, or balcony, or rooftop patio/terrace. Vancouver is such a naturally beautiful place, it’d be nice to enjoy it even from the hotel.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The free bicycles were wonderful. The little touches and extras by the fabulous staff.
Cons: There were different pillows but still not one was thin enough for stomach sleepers.
Good 6.8
Pros: I did like staying in a quiet Boutique hotel with a good size room.
Cons: I found the staff a bit too much. Either ride or over the top. The French guy was very helpful. The free bike hire is ridiculous, can only do a few hours at a time so what’s the point you can’t do much in Vancouver bike riding in a few hours. We had to hire paid bikes anyway. Every time I asked for the courtesy car it was busy. I never saw it?? Didn’t realise you had to book way in advance. We were there for 4 nights, I can’t believe it was always busy during our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everybody in the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect (close to everything). Services are very convenient (cab, bikes...). And the rooms and very comfortable.
Good 7.0
Pros: Close to where I needed to be for work
Cons: The lights. Although fanciful they weren’t overly practical.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very chilled and well managed hotel in central downtown. Fabulous staff and service! We stayed in one of the suites with our daughters and the room and space was excellent! Concierge was fantastic at helping us to plan our stay and made excellent recommendations for both restaurants and things to do. First Class!
Cons: Nothing to fault about the Loden.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Friendly staff. 4.5 stars - Really nice rooms that are getting near time for updating. I will happily stay there again.
Cons: The guest rooms are starting to show minor signs of wear: HVAC - Thermostat no longer working properly; either high fan (noisy as heck) or no fan at all. Bed - getting very lumpy and needs to be flipped or turned. But overall very nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great central location, and very helpful staff. I would certainly stay here again. Vancouver is beautiful, I will be back.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staffs were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly, from front desk to doorman to housekeepers.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing, attentive, polite. The room, while on the smaller side, was beautiful; the bathroom spacious and modern.
Cons: The bed was a little slopey but this hotel is gorgeous.

Pros: Clean, modern room. Excellent lighting system (easily modulated brightness)
Cons: Lobby is absolutely dead. Fine for business, but not if one likes to feel one is in a lively, happening city.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Super friendly staff, great location and comfy bed. Amazing bathroom.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The spa.
Cons: The room was overpriced for the quality.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly professional staff
Cons: Yes I am disappointed with the staff at the Spa . I tried to make an appointment and had questions. Staff was not helpful and accommodating. The time requested was not available and was told that she will call back to update but did not. Unfriendly .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic location / convenient and great service staff.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was incredible, as was the size of the room.
Cons: The AC was woefully bad; the lowest setting was 19.5c (which we chose), but the room never went below 22.
Good 7.5
Cons: Price could've been better, ended up paying another 200$ for parking which should've been complimentary.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Clean comfortable, speedy delivery.
Cons: Noisy
Excellent 9.3
Pros: the location, the service , the view
Cons: more hangers and drawers for the cloth
Good 7.5
Cons: The drapes open on an electric switch by bed. This wasn’t easy to figure out and I kept tugging which didn’t help and probably could damage the system if people didn’t know.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The suite was just great
Good 7.5
Pros: Great location, lovely hotel, restaurant superb.
Cons: The swimming pool was a bit disappointing. A bottle of wine that was sent by a friend for celebrating a birthday got 'lost' which was a shame and probably not expected from this standard of hotel.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent customer service. The Home is lovely. We appreciated the fan in the penthouse since it was a bit warm during the day!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Another way to stay compare to hotel One of the only Victorian house survival in town front deck for relaxing all details in the house, home made cookies and delicatessen including breakfast ideally located
Cons: none
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, beds very comfortable and it was a magnificent location for walking. Staff very helpful in giving directions and in arranging for our very early checkout....0500.
Cons: there was nothing we didn't like.
Excellent 8.8

Cons: No elevator. You must walk up the stairs. The staff are all gone after 5 PM.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very large and lovely bedroom. Comfortable general inside and outdoor areas. Location was great, can walk everywhere.
Cons: Some interaction with the “owners”.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet location but close enough for everything around ,the open pantry and open fridge was a great touch and well appreciated,a big thank you to all the staff ,a special mention to Daniel Just a happy cheery guy and very helpful, thank you to all.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Central location. Easy to walk to Downtown
Excellent 9.5
Pros: This Bed and Breakfast lived up to it's high rating in Trip Advisor, as both my wife and I wished we could have spent more than one night there. The room we stayed in was well appointed and there were fresh cookies and muffins waiting for us after a late night arrival. The breakfast they provided was amazing with an egg quiche, fresh squeezed juice and numerous baked goods to choose from. The staff was courteous with many suggestions on things to do in Vancouver. They allowed us to store our luggage there before we boarded our cruise ship to Alaska which was a big help. I would highly recommend this beautiful B&b if you in Vancouver and hope to visit again someday for a longer visit.

Pros: Suite had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable. Washer and dryer an added bonus. Loved the roof top patio, we BBQ’d both nights and ate right there. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Waging machine, iron and kitchen facilities

The beds are super comfortable the facilities are super clean. the studio comes with all necessary amenities to make this a perfect day the kitchen is fully stocked and you get soap to do some laundry if necessary. The roof top has all the equipment necessary to bbq. The neighborhood is quiet. Everything was perfect!!!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Fantastic location for exploring Vanvouver, and only a short walk to the sea front, harbour and the must see Stanley Park. The staff were helpful with all our inquiries and requests. Highly recommended accomidation
Excellent 9.5
Pros: SOOO close to Stanley Park and LOTS of restaurants, bars, and grocery/ liquor store!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location, beds are very comfortable, staff was helpful & friendly.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very friendly staff. Perfect location for our needs. The unit was spacious and had lots of windows to let the natural light into it. The patio on the fourth floor was fabulous. We enjoyed it for just relaxing and hosting a barbecue with our family. It was an added bonus. A large grocery store, Starbucks on the street level of the hotel, a liquor store and a great variety of restaurants were right outside the hotel. If you wanted a quiet walk in a lovely residential area simply turn left from the main enter and walk a few blocks and a 10 minute walk will take you staight into Stanley Park.
Cons: Our unit was located at the back of the hotel. The dumpsters located behind the businesses next to it were emptied early each morning by the refuse companies. This provided a very noisy morning wake up if any windows were open. This was a distraction that had nothing to do with the hotel but simply part of the location downtown.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, very clean, well-stocked condo staff was friendly and helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, friendly, safe, great location
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy beds, plenty of room. We loved the roof top balcony and the close proximity to restaurants, supermarket, Stanley Park and the main city without being too close to the hustle and bustle.

Pros: Excellent staff. Loved the lobby music.
Cons: Shower was extrenely hard to adjust temperature. Bed is too soft that resulted in back uncomfortness after a night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding!
Cons: Absolutely nothing, everything was outstanding!
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location is perfect. The bikes they have for free were a great way to tour the seawall! Highly recommend. Also there BMW free car service for downtown was a great perks and a sweet ride! Food was amazing!
Cons: Wish they had told me to sign up for their free rewards program when we checked in - comes with free WiFi! Also for these prices I never understand why breakfast isn't included.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great location. The complementary chauffeur service in downtown area was so useful to get to places like the ferry to Granville island or outskirts of Stanley Park. Staff not only friendly but very helpful. Made restaurant bookings etc. The sushi bar has the best nigiri. Would definitely come back.
Cons: Breakfast is excellent. The only flaw is the small area for toasting bread. It’s so small that only two people can fit in at any one time and there is only one toaster. Perhaps open it a bit so there can be more easy circulation within that area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was super super super beautifu hotel!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Pacific rim fairmont was in a excellent location The staff were all 10 out of 10 in every way. I really liked the service of having the electric bikes at the hotel. Pros: Great location and the concierge was super helpful in booking us dinner reservations and transfers. Room decor was good and nice bathroom.
Cons: Having stayed in a number of hotels on this trip these were by far the smallest beds. Most rooms where we shared with our daughters offered two queen sized beds. This room was two standard doubles which were very small. For the price of the room this didn’t seem like great value.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Very nice rooms with big bathrooms
Cons: Reception had no idea that restaurant 4th floor already did not serve any food after 21.45, but sent us upstairs. Bar / Lounge Area then also denied us to get any food/late dinner, because no minors allowed. Was already 22.00 and we were quite hungry (kids), had to go around the block.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We arrived at 8.00 am hoping to drop off our bags for later check-in however, a room on a higher floor, as requested, was immediately available. The concierge was very helpful: on one occasion confirming that the operator of a pre-booked tour was no longer in business & booking an alternative tour. And, on another, helping on a business related matter. The deluxe room exceeded our expectations.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 9.5

Cons: NO TOOTH BRUSH AND TOOTH PASTE, BUT ITS OK
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our experience there was exceptional! The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was gorgeous and we received a free upgrade. We would definitely go back. Vancouver is a great city with something for everyone.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed very comfortable Hawksworth restaurant excellent food and great wine list
Excellent 9.5
Pros: A great location in central Vancouver, close to everything. Beautiful rooms and the most comfortable bed ever! The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Very helpful and friendly staff. We used the pool- had it all to ourselves, and were able to use the Spa shower rooms to freshen up after we checked out for our late night flight.
Cons: I can't think of anything. However, there was a conference on during the time we stayed in Vancouver which limited accommodation availability and made it a rather expensive stay for 2 nights-but I think this was not just limited to this hotel. Perhaps booking earlier if a conference is on would help limit this.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best location; very friendly staff; accommodating with an early check-in and a regular Sunday check-out of noon.
Cons: It is expensive especially on special-events weekends but the stay is so wonderful the cost does seem worth it.
Good 7.5
Cons: having as neighbor the hotel restaurant was very noisy, good for dancing not to sleep

Excellent 9.5
Pros: Location. Laundry facilities. Staff.
Cons: Room did not have adequate planning to open and unpack suitcases. More suited to an overnight business stay.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The breakfast was a very nice surprise. Quite good assortment of pastries and sandwiches. Coffee was great and the service was very good.
Cons: I really did not like the pillows. They were too hard for me, but I was able to get more softer pillows upon request.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The upgrade to a loft room and the buffet breakfast.
Cons: In a good location. Close to Gastown. You also just turn right out of the hotel and you will find Granville Street and Stanley Park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was fantastic close to the main shopping area Robson St, Yaletown and Gastown and the waterfront were under a 10 minute walk and loads of cafes and restaurants at a variety of price points just steps away from the hotel. The room was generous in size and very clean (liked the fact they have wood flooring rather than carpets--find hotel carpets icky!!). The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and safe. The staff (front desk and cleaning) are lovely and very helpful. Amongst the nicest I have met and are the true stars of this hotel! I have to single out the morning concierge as being super obliging, cheerful and very helpful as he assisted us with arranging day trips to Victoria, Capilano and whale watching and offering suggestions to make our stay as varied and interesting as possible. Appreciated that he would check each morning to see how our trip the previous day went and took a genuine interest in our excited feedback!
Cons: When we arrived the room was clean but had a weird offputting odour. Housekeeping came to check and gave us a complimentary aromatherapy diffuser to freshen the room as another room was not available. The following morning we were given a different room on the same floor with no weird smell. It was resolved quite smoothly and that was great.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Central location, clean new facility. Spacious room with cozy bed.
Cons: Breakfast could be better.

Pros: Our room, the third floor ‘Peak Bedroom’ was huge and well-appointed. The morning breakfast was spectacular and the place setting and meal presentation was unmatched.
Cons: The Barclay House has no elevator, so negotiating 42 steps with multiple pieces of heavy luggage, via narrow winding stairwells, was a bit of a challenge. Thankfully our host, Dennis, helped us with the luggage. If one is older or has physical disabilities or limitations, they should ask for a room on the first floor; even that requires one to negotiate 12-13 steps up to the front door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was delicious. Dennis, the host gave lots of good suggestions of where to go and what to see. Location was great! Could walk to the waterfront and to Stanley Park.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location, breakfast, rooms, parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, helpful staff, good value. Cozy and charming property and a nice contrast to the concrete and steel aesthetic of modern Vancouver. Quiet residential neighborhood only walking minutes from central Vancouver.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The size of the room, the cleanliness and the style of the house
Cons: The temp of the room when the sun us out, but not very bad
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Dennis, the owner, was friendly and amiable. The bed was perfect. The breakfasts were delicious!
Cons: Absolutely nothing comes to mind at this time!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing! The location was wonderful.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Great location in Vancouver on a quiet street but close to everything!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: We loved the manager, location and the house.
Cons: The Haidaway room must be near the washing machine and under the kitchen area. The noise was annoying. The platform bed was problematic when trying to get in and out Of bed. Next time we will request a different room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Manager great Went over and above even taking us to cruise ship terminal when taxi didn’t arrive Beautiful home and excellent breakfast
Cons: For elderly people stairs could be a problem but once again Manager very helpful with luggage
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely Victorian in a great location in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and shopping. Easy access to downtown/waterfront by taxi, bus or walking (20+ minutes) Excellent breakfast each day. Room accomodations and common spaces were very nicely appointed. Dennis, myy host was very attentive to my needs and made the stay very enjoyable.
Cons: Spacious and well appointed attic room got pretty hot during the day, but my host made sure it was comortable when I got back in the evening. If you are traveling on business and have early morning meetings, the scheduled 8AM breakfast may not work out. My host however, did his best to make it work for me on the days I had meetings.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A beautiful house nestled in a quiet neighborhood filled with trees and flowers. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty. Room was clean and had all the comforts of home. Woke up with a cool morning breeze and the sounds of birdsong outside the window.

Pros: Bed heavenly, view exceptional, bar pretty and excellent service, love that it’s right at the water. Shower water fall and having a facecloth in the shower already was an appreciated perk. Room was clean and spacious and well planned. Wish I had more than a one nights stat.

Excellent 9.5
Pros: Good location.Nice simple decor and very clean room(no carpet
Cons: Central air can be quieter.
Good 6.3
Pros: Someone on staff evidently assumed one of our party had wandered in off Street and addressed him rudely.
Cons: Parking garage is tight and grim grim grim.
Good 7.5
Pros: Struttura e staff
Cons: Breakfast not included
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really happy thank you for the good stay at a fair price !!
Cons: Nothing??
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable and in a great location. The restaurant is great. Very helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing, really enjoyed our stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel was not on the "best" street in the area, but it was absolutley in a great location. It seemed to have been updated in the last years, but could use a bit of an update in the lobby with a more welcoming front desk area.
Cons: I had to ask for soap in the room for 3 days. When I did finally see housekeeping the lady handed me the soap as I was getting on the elevator to leave instead of placing it in the room. They did eventually bring in clean towels and extra pillows, so even though the staff was very nice, the attention was a bit lacking.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was not included. Huge king bed in separate bedroom, lovely rain shower, not so comfortable sofa bed, but OK. The thing I didn't enjoy is the view from the windows, just construction and non-residential buildings. Check-in by Paulo was fabulous; he was a joy to meet. Very kind and gracious.
Cons: The view or lack of, out of the windows. You needed to keep the drapes closed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the hotel was perfect, lovely staff, good location, sparkling clean

Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very comfortable and concierge was very helpful with ideas for a first time tourist
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very clean rooms and great staff who are always responsive and helpful.
Cons: Those light bulb covers in the hallways need to be opened and cleaned, or replaced for some.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed was fabulous. Attached restaurant, exquisite.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good, central location, was able to find street parking nearby. The suite style of our room was spacious. Staff was very nice and responsive when there were problems.
Cons: The faux-fancy style is cheap looking. Room elements not maintained well (tried to open a cabinet and the knob came off immediately). Bathroom had towels strewn on the counter and an opened soap, so we got a new room, a few floors up. There were bits of paper towel on the counter of the bathroom in the new suite, and human hair stuck to the curtain and shower hose. Overall it just felt unclean and kind of gross.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Valet service it was awesome
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The reception staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location was terrific - right in the middle of town a couple blocks from the cruise ship terminal. The walkability was perfect.
Cons: We had a suite with a separate bedroom. The bedroom was pretty tight and lacking in light - natural or artificial. There was also a stain on the sheets and a hair on the towels which was gross, but otherwise things seemed clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were super friendly Fluffy bathrobes Great size rooms
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly at the front door.
Cons: We were in a room directly above the loading zone/dumpster/alley in the back of the hotel. We were woken up by the sounds of trucks loading/unloading, etc at 11pm-midnight, then again at 4am on Sat morning. Nothing like being awake at those hrs w a baby
Good 6.8
Pros: The guy at the front desk was awesome, very helpful
Cons: Screwed up meal orders every time. Parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Some rooms are quite small
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was perfect, very comfy bed and nice having a separate living space. Staff were friendly and gave great advice for finding our way around.
Cons: This is more of a housekeeping thing, some of the drawers were not smooth to open and required a bit of persuading or not closing properly - however didn't detract from our stay at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room
