I booked the room and put it in my partners name not thinking much of it because my name is on the billing and I arrived later on to the hotel but misplacing my key card. I was not able to get back in. I asked front desk if he could issue me another key card. He said he could not because I was not on the booking. Pros (+) The room layout would be very useful for a business traveler with the couch and desk area separated from the bed. The hotel is also off the main street so it is quite quiet. The staff seem very friendly and the facility was very clean and nicely decorated.
Cons (-) Charging extra for internet access just seems excessive when almost everyone uses it. I would suggest just including it in the cost of the room. Also I overheard another customer being told internet was free with the rewards program and if that is the case then the front desk staff should offer membership at check-in.
