Inside of my room was clean and new. Outside? The place looks abandoned when you first get there. Just know though the rooms are clean. At least mine was anyway.

Pros (+) Friendly and accomidaying staff. Facilities somewhat dated but clean and well maintained.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very limited selection and what was there was mediocre quality and we were there in first half hour.
