The rooms are way too hot and it is very hard to control the temperature. The rooms are super cute and clean and comfortable, but the access to them (I was in 104) is a bit complicated as there are no elevators. No big deal but with luggage it is a bit complicated. Location is very good - 15 min to San Marcos, right next to the canal. Not noisy. Overall I liked it and would return.

Pros (+) The hotel is wow. It is beautiful. Location very good. But anything is cause it’s a walk to anything.
Cons (-) I got the appt room way up top. Nice and big but it’s a haul up the step stairs. You will need to ask for a room that is quiet or you will hear street noise all night
