Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional location, with many highlighting its proximity to major attractions, the Rialto Bridge, and convenient access to water taxis. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and the breakfast receives positive remarks for quality and setting. However, several guests note issues with noise from boats and the surrounding area, as well as complaints about small or outdated rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the prime location and attentive service stand out as the hotel's strongest points.

Room was very small. No place to put luggage. Air in the room was damp and musty but I think that is just the moist air of Venice. The location was fantastic and the breakfast great.

I ended up making new reservation of an apartment by paying 200 euro per night. Moreover when I tried to cancel my old reservation via booking agency, they threatened us that we may have to leave their property. Now think of what you do when you are with t...
