Pros (+) El Blok is beatifully designed and very comfortable. The rooftop (with pool) is amazing and the location is great.
Cons (-) It still runs like a small BnB and in our stay they had problem with their liquor license and could not sell alcohol. We intended to have a romantic dinner that night, but ended up at the W for dinner...
