Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the lake and scenic views, as well as the breakfast, which was often described as enjoyable, particularly when served by the water. However, many reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly or unprofessional staff and issues with room assignments. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several mentions of mold, stains, and general lack of upkeep. Room size and comfort were frequently criticized, with guests finding rooms small, hot, or lacking in amenities such as air conditioning. Overall, while the setting and breakfast stood out positively, service, cleanliness, and room comfort were notable drawbacks.
