Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, finding it convenient and well-situated for their needs. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many reviewers citing dirty linens, unclean rooms, and poor maintenance. The breakfast is also frequently criticized for its limited variety and lack of replenishment. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and others as unresponsive. Bed comfort is mentioned as adequate in some reviews, but not universally praised. Overall, while the location stands out as a positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
