Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city, accessing the port, and enjoying nearby restaurants. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests highlighting their positive interactions. Cleanliness was also a standout aspect, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained common areas. However, the breakfast was frequently criticized as being minimal or lacking in quality, and parking was sometimes difficult or not as advertised.
