Staff was very friendly but the hotel itself was garbage. Mattresses were rock hard, wifi was slow, bathrooms were dirty and had plumbing issues, and there were ants in the rooms. The only redeeming factors were the pool area and breakfast. We left after one night. No way this should be considered a four-star hotel.
